2014 Pair of Bertoia Bar Stools, Model 428C by Harry Bertoia for Knoll in ChromeThis is a classic pair of Bertoia bar stools, model 428C, designed in 1952 by Harry Bertoia for Knoll International. These particular examples date to 2014, and the listed price includes the pair. Their design consists of a welded, chromed steel wire seat & back, and each stool has an upholstered seat pad in black leather. The pieces have the Knoll imprint on the back of the seat, a standard implemented by Knoll in 2004. Each stool measures 22 inches
The seat height is 18 inches and arm height is 26
It is in excellent condition with some wear from use
The oatmeal color upholstery is original to the chairs and some have some soiling marks
and parts overall
This piece measures 27 inches long
created to grace the offices of the Chase Manhattan Building in Lower Manhattan
